In messages, the ability to tag dialogs and add the "Important" mark has been added.
This means you can add any tags to a dialog or mark it as important, and filter dialogs in the list by the desired tags.
If dialogs with users in personal messages are part of sales or client work, this feature will improve client interactions and become a miniature CRM system. To do this, open the dialog with the desired user, and in the panel on the right, add tags and mark the dialog as important if needed.
