Hello! We have significantly improved collaboration on posts and added the option for post approval.

Added the ability for each client/project/team to create a workflow for post handling. For example: text > design > approval > publication (with logic settings for transitioning between work stages).

Each stage of the work can be assigned to a responsible employee. A copywriter is responsible for text verification, a designer for banner development, a project manager for preliminary approval, and the client is responsible for the approval stage.
Employees cannot publish a post without client approval, and the client only sees the posts that are sent for their approval. All internal work on posts remains behind the scenes for the client. However, full access can be granted if needed.
- When a post transitions from one stage to another, notifications can be enabled in Telegram or via email. Colleagues/clients will receive a notification that a new post has come to them for processing.
There is also an option to leave internal comments on each publication - these will be visible to colleagues but not to clients. Additionally, settings can be configured so that internal comments are visible to everyone or only to clients. You can also view the history of major changes: who created the post, who made edits, who sent it for approval, who approved it, whether there were any edits after approval, and, of course, who published the post.
